Not only do we offer each client a customized PPO network solution, CompNet America has the technology to ensure that your medical bills are repriced accurately and in a timely manner.  First, we believe that local PPOs do the best job of maintaining the accuracy of their participating providers and their related fee schedules.  Next, we believe that the local network does the best job of accurately repricing bills to the negotiated fees. So, at CompNet America, we leverage those two strengths to make sure that the participating provider data base is the most accurate and up to date, and that the people who negotiated the discounts actually apply them in a timely and accurate manner when repricing medical bills.

Once CompNet America has configured your custom network solution from hundreds of  PPO networks, we then activate Bill Traffic Cop (BTC), our proprietary bill routing system.  Through one electronic link to you, CompNet America receives the medical bills, which have been fee schedule audited, and based on the network configuration, Bill Traffic Cop electronically matches bills to the predetermined PPO networks.  The local PPO receives the bill and reprices it to the agreed upon discount below the state mandated fee schedule.  Repriced bills are returned from the PPO through  CompNet America to you with all of the information you require to send an EOR to the provider. At CompNet America, we provide access to hundreds of PPO via one electronic link.  There is no need to program multiple formats to transmit your bills or load complex fee schedules.

CompNet America provides each client with online provider directories and web-enabled tools to track the status of each bill.  The bill information is stored on a secure site, which is password protected, and is encrypted to meet  HIPAA privacy standards.  We offer our 30 point tracking system so that our clients can review the status of a bill at any time, from any location.
